Floyd Brigman
Payroll Supervisor
Floyd Brigman, a former Marine who joined Stillman in 1993, handles a portfolio of 15 properties and five Property Managers. Floyd prides himself in being responsive to and maintaining communications with all members of his property team – supers, Property Managers, co-op board presidents, residents, building employees, and contractors. An Accredited Residential Manager, Floyd specializes in management of large capital projects, budgets, and modernization of energy systems. He is highly respected for his proactive problem-solving skills, including his implementation of internal maintenance programs that are used by property managers throughout the company.
Michael Mishkin
Controller
Michael joined Stillman in 2000 as Controller and Chief Financial Officer, after serving in that capacity at a previous employer. A graduate of Boston University, he has lectured at New York University on budgets and at the Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums on reserve funds.
Sheryl Cirulnick
Supervisor of Bookkeeping and the Co-Director of Human Resources
Sheryl, a 30-year veteran in the field of property management, joined Stillman in 1997. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the bookkeeping department, supervising a team of seven full-time bookkeepers and a part-time assistant. Among her many responsibilities are the management of the Stillman’s financial software, cash management with financial institutions, 401K administration, and various human resource duties.
