Communications Liaison: Serves as the liaison between contractors and building staff, owners, and residents on the progress of projects
Project Oversight: Visits the work site on a regular basis to ensure that the contractor, to the greatest extent possible, allows residents access to and use of their property
Financial Guidance: Provides financial guidance on options for structuring payment for capital improvements
