Contractor Logistics: Coordinates contractor logistics to facilitate the work schedule and to minimize disruptions to owners and residents

Communications Liaison: Serves as the liaison between contractors and building staff, owners, and residents on the progress of projects

Project Oversight: Visits the work site on a regular basis to ensure that the contractor, to the greatest extent possible, allows residents access to and use of their property

Financial Guidance: Provides financial guidance on options for structuring payment for capital improvements

Day-to-Day Involvement: Stays involved in order to quickly and effectively follow up and solve problems
