FOR THREE GENERATIONS. The Stillman family has been involved in real estate property services for three generations. In the 1940s, the family began investing in and building properties in the Bronx. Their business quickly evolved and Stillman developed a sound reputation as a prominent investment builder of multiple family housing. The third generation of Stillmans – Roy, Andrew and Jeffrey – joined the family business in the 1970s and expanded its scope further into building management services.

Stillman Management Real Estate Corp. strengthened its reputation as a property management expert during the co-op conversion boom of the 1980s, when the company continued to expand its co-op building management services. Today, Stillman Management Real Estate Corp. is dedicated to upholding its tradition of superior service to co-ops, condominiums, rental properties, and homeowner associations.

From our roots in New York City and lower Westchester County, Stillman Management Real Estate Corp. has expanded to offer property management services for urban, suburban, and rural properties throughout Westchester County, Rockland County, Putnam County, Fairfield County (Connecticut), and New York City.
