Stillman Management utilizes a unique team approach to develop specialized residential management and commercial property management services for each individual property. We work with you to implement administrative, financial, and maintenance procedures geared towards optimal operation and capital appreciation of your co-op, condominium, or apartment rental property. Your Stillman team provides the maximum coverage and responsive customer service needed for efficient and cost-effective operation.

A property management company is only as good as its people. We pride ourselves in hiring and training Account Executives, Property Managers, and Administrative Assistant who understand the business of property management and the importance of protecting and enhancing the value of your property.

Your team will include the following Stillman personnel:

  • Account Executive – Your Account Executive works with you and your Board to plan and implement policies, procedures, and programs to achieve your goals and objectives.
  • Property Manager – Your Property Manager carries out the daily functions necessary to achieve goals and objectives for the property.
  • Administrative Staff Member – Your dedicated Administrative Staff Member and office staff provide support services for you and your Stillman team.
  • They are joined by the principals at Stillman Management, working together to ensure that your property operates as smoothly as possible.
